How will I get my tickets?
We will email a voucher to you that you can print
and take with you to the event. This will be done after we confirm your
reservation with the activity provider and secure your seats. We can also fax
the vouchers to you or to the hotel where you are staying. Be sure to bring
your voucher and ID with you to the event.
You will receive an Order Confirmation as soon as
your order is processed. It will be immediately sent to you by
email. You will receive a 2nd
email with a voucher number or a confirmation number and any additional
information such as pickup time or check in time and location and the
activity’s direct phone number. The Hawaiidiscount.com phone number will
also be included in the email. The date and number of people will be
confirmed in this email. Please give us up to 72 hrs. to confirm your
tour. Sometimes a tour can be booked up, but there may be last minute openings
so please be sure to recheck your email.
We'll issue your tickets and send them to you via
email. You can print the tickets on your home computer and bring them with you
to Hawaii. Just present them at check-in and you're all set! If you're already
here in the islands or you don't have access to a printer, we have a variety of
other convenient options that are mentioned below. No vouchers or
confirmation printouts are needed for Lei Greetings.
What if I plan to attend the activity today or
tomorrow?
Normally we will have processed your order in 48
hours or sooner. However, if your activity is within that time frame we can
process your order much quicker to get the voucher to you.
What if I place an order through Hawaiipearlharbortour.com but the activity was already booked
full?
We can either reschedule you to a different date
/ time or issue a full refund.
How soon should I book?
There is limited space on all activities so it is
best to book well in advance to ensure availability. We get calls every
day for people asking to book activities that have no availability left.
Two months in advance is not too early to reserve the popular activities or any
activity that you don’t want to miss. We have a policy in place to
encourage you to book as soon as possible and secure your reservations. As long
as you give us at least 48 hours notice before the start of the event, we can
make every effort to reschedule to a more convenient time for you.
What if I lose my voucher?
We can send you out a new voucher (via email or
fax) or, if you have no way of receiving a voucher, we can also fax it to the
activity provider and the voucher will be waiting for you. Please be sure to
bring ID with you to the event.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
No, but Hawaii Discount charges a 7.1 % fee on on
all activities across the board to cover harbor fees, fuel surcharges,
applicable taxes, handling fees, convenience charges, and other various charges
that we pay on your behalf, except where noted.
What is your cancellation policy?
Changes and Cancellations
TOURS WITHOUT AIRFARE:
* Changes and cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior to tour commencement without penalty.
* No-shows and changes or cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a full charge.
* No refunds are available once a tour has commenced.
TOURS WITH AIRFARE:
* Due to airline tickets restrictions, all tours which include airfare are non-refundable once the reservation is purchased.
* Airline tickets are non-changeable and non-transferable.
If a charge is disputed and unjustified there is
a $35.00 additional charge to the original amount regardless of the
amount that was disputed.

if any information is incorrect / to make any changes.
